First batch of buckets is manufactured for “Kovrovets” plant. Buckets are equipped with «Metallurgica Valchiese» teeth (Italy), which ensures high reliability of the buckets when operated on any kinds of soils. LLC "Professional" started to actively participate in regional and international specialized exhibitions. Contract was made for supply of metal structures for Moscow subway.

The territory of dealership for group of companies «Spetstekhnika – GAZ Group» is extended – Murmansk region and the republic of Karelia were incorporated.

Production of attachments for HITACHI, KOMATSU, CATERPILLAR, ТВЭКС, TEREX, HYUNDAI, RH, VOLVO is actively developing and growing.

«Professional» company has become an official distributor of LLC «Ivanovskaya Marka» for sales and maintenance of “IVANOVETS” mobile cranes and cranes-manipulators.

The company started to accept orders for production of quick couplers for mounting to excavators of different brands . (Hitachi, Komatsu, Hyundai, Doosan, JCB, Caterpillar, Volvo, etc).

A new direction of development was opened, which is packaged supply of spare parts for imported construction equipment.

Based on the work results for 2009 «Professional» company is awarded a certificate of honor for high performance of sales and maintenance of GAZ Group equipment. Considering requests of our customers, the company started to take orders for repair of buckets with different degree of complexity for any brands of excavators both imported and made domestically.

The company purchased and installed the second portal thermal cutting machine Multiterm equipped with hipper term 260 narrow plasma cutters. It allows cutting sheets with the thickness from 0,5 to 30 mm and also stainless steel and nonferrous metals.

«Professional» company has also purchased a mobile boring and alloying device to restore excavator parts at the site of the customer or at the equipment location spot.

Proving high quality of its products, “Professional” has successfully passed certification of welding technique, welding equipment and welding site specialists. According to the results of certification certificate of National Agency of Non-Destructive Testing and Welding is obtained that proves the right to manufacture metal structures and appliances operated at hazardous facilities.

The company keeps developing of own production, takes part in exhibitions and conferences. Production and sales volume increases several times.

ProfBreakerR trademark is registered with «Professional» LLC as a right owner. The company manufactures attachments under this trade mark. A well-known South Korean company MSB started up production of hydraulic breakers under the trademark of ProfBreakerR exclusively for “Professional” company. A network of own regional representative offices is actively developing.

New spare pars warehouse fitout is finalized with the total area of 3500 m2. There are nearly 20000 items of spare parts available at the up-to-date warehouse of the company, intended for excavators and dozers: attachments, elements of undercarriage, hydraulics, expendable materials.

A 600 tons «EHT Werkzeugmashinen» machine (Germany) is mounted and put into operation.

For the reason of combination between «Spetstekhnika – GAZ Group» and English company «Terex» and establishment of RM Terex holding “Professional” company becomes an official dealer of RM Terex for sales of special purpose equipment in the following regions: Ivanovo, Vladimir, Kostroma, Murmansk, Karelia, Yakutia.

Taking into account growing demand for the company products, it was decided to widen production site. In August of 2013 «Professional» company put into operation a new production site to make buckets with the capacity of 10–40 m3. Total area of the shop makes 2000 m2. The shop is fit up with up-to-date welding equipment and with ceiling traveling cranes with a lifting capacity of 25 tons.

Thus, after having got started in August of 2005 in a small office, currently the company possesses as follows:

As a result of Professional's success for the sale and service of RM Terex machines, it was decided to expand the dealer territory with new areas: Yaroslavl, Vologda, Arkhangelsk. For the first time, Professional produced buckets of 23 m3 and 28 m3 capacity. 2 shovel buckets for Hitachi EX 3600 (23 m3) were shipped and are currently operated in Russia for one of the gold mines. A backhoe bucket for Komatsu PC-5500 of 28 m3 capacity was shipped to Africa and is also successfully operated in gold mining.

The company launched a program of manufacturing of mining buckets for stock thereby reducing delivery time of buckets for popular models of mining excavators Hitachi, Komatsu, Terex / Bucyrus, Caterpillar, Volvo from 4.0 to 15 m3 capacity. The construction of another production building with total area of 5665 m2 was commenced. Export sales of buckets started to develop not only to CIS, but also to states far abroad - Africa, the United States, Mongolia, the Philippines.

The company continues to evolve developing new areas, releasing new types of attachments.

For the first time, we have produced a mining bucket with capacity of 28 m3 for excavator Bucyrus RH340 / Caterpillar 6060. It is currently operated in iron ore mine in the Republic of Karelia.

In July, we have released the 7000th bucket (among all buckets produced with over 1.5 m3 capacity).

Komi Republic (Syktyvkar) and the Kirov region (Kirov) are two other regions where Professional is currently an authorized dealer for sale and service of RM-TEREX machines.

For the first time, we have released new set of attachments - rope grabs: 6 grabs for metal scrap and 2 loading grabs. They are operated on cranes for unloading of scrap and bulk materials.

We have opened 9 new stores and branch offices in Aktobe, Bodaibo, Irkutsk, Karaganda, Kirov, Neryungri, Syktyvkar, Ulan-Ude, Khabarovsk.

The company has completed the construction of two new production areas of 5665 m2.

There has been a general expansion of production space at 6705 sqm.

Purchased new production equipment (boring machine, two CNC lathe, machining center DOOSAN CNC press, painting Chamber, 20 welding equipment ESAB). The biggest scoop shovel volume 34 cubic meters for excavator CATERPILLAR 6060 were built.

Five new depots and regional offices were opened: Krasnoyarsk, Blagoveshchensk, Magadan, Krasnodar, Stavropol.

7 new countries appeared in the geography of exports: Guyana, Bulgaria, Peru, Myanmar, Argentina, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. A new dealer Center RM-TEREX was opened in Ivanovo City.

The overall increase of production in 1.6 times compared to year 2016.

34 warehouse now operate on the territory of Russian Federation.
