Professional successfully implemented a joint project with representatives of CQMS Razer for the manufacture of front shovel bucket for excavator KOMATSU PC4000 of 15m3 capacity for the extraction of iron ore in South Africa. The reduced capacity of the bucket in combination with the optimal CQMS cutting elements will make it possible to efficiently produce iron ore with a high gravity. The bucket is equipped with a set of armor made of Creusabro 8000 steel which will increase the maintenance intervals of this bucket and extend its wear life in the mine. The bucket is fitted with a cutting edge RE5535.
Currently in production, there is also a bucket clam for HITACHI EX3600 excavator of 21m3 capacity which will be fitted with a cutting edge RE5537 manufactured by CQMS Razer.
