Importance of Choosing the Right Attachment
The selection of appropriate bulldozer attachment is crucial for high-quality work and timely completion of projects. The Professional company will always know what to recommend. Customer reviews serve as evidence of this.
We have produced a video demonstrating the operation of our powerful and reliable 7m3 semispherical blade for the Komatsu D85 bulldozer. This blade was designed and manufactured for one of our regular clients. For the past year, the product has been successfully used in a large gravel quarry.
Quality of Materials
A few words regarding the quality of materials. The blade is constructed from high-strength S690Ql steel, ensuring durability, and wear-resistant HB450 steel for increased longevity. The frame is also made from high-grade S690QL steel to withstand heavy loads transferred from the blade.
This powerful blade combines excellent capabilities for drawing large volumes of material and terrain planning.
Effectiveness of Our Product
Why is our product so effective?
We have analyzed the customer's requirements, conducted accurate measurements at the site of operation, and created a product that fully meets their technical specifications and objectives. Thanks to the design department of "Professional" and a team of skilled engineers, our blade works seamlessly. Our engineering team takes into account the operating conditions of specialized equipment and, based on that, develops the optimal shape for the blade and liner. The kit is fully compatible with the original factory installation of the bulldozer and does not require any adjustments at the installation site.
Advantages of Our Blades Compared to Competitors
We have developed a unique liner. Thanks to our optimized liner shape and area, we achieve even wear of the structure.
Based on the results of field testing, the optimal shape, number, and size of the lining elements have been selected, ensuring convenience and efficiency in replacing these elements during routine maintenance.
The lining is only applied to areas of the blade subject to wear, avoiding an increase in product cost.
We complete blades with interchangeable cutting edges of our own manufacture, made from wear-resistant HB450 steel, and are not dependent on availability of purchased products from abroad.
The connection elements (ball bearings, flanges, trunnions, crossbars, earrings, and covers) for the blade, frame, ripper frame, and ripper shaft, as well as the fingers, are manufactured in-house.

This publication provides a brief overview of blade types.
Blade Types
Straight Blade BDS
It is used in the construction and road construction industries, where it is important not only to move the soil, but also to carry out the layout of the construction site. It has a large cutting edge length and has a high ability to penetrate into the ground. Due to the smaller volume of the drawing prism, the straight blade is used in those conditions where it is necessary to reduce the load on the bulldozer. It has a smaller volume of the drawing prism compared to other blades. It is not suitable for working with sand and gravel.
Semispherical (Universal) BDSU
One of the most popular types of blades for the mining industry. Combines the ability to cut well into the soil and move large volumes of material.
Spherical Blade BDU
Spherical blade with an increased volume of the drawing prism. Ideal for coal mines. It is effective for moving large volumes of light soils over long distances. It has a large volume among all types of blades. It combines a high ability to penetrate into the ground and allows you to move a larger volume of soil due to the side sections installed at an angle to the central section. Ideal for working with sand and gravel.
Sigma Blade BDSG
It provides easy penetration into the ground with its central part and prevents spillage due to the special shape of the edges. Reduces fuel consumption. It is ideal for working with loam and vegetable soil. It is not suitable for moving dry and loose soils, as well as gravel.
Rake Blade
It is used in the timber processing industry. It is used to extract large stones and stumps from the ground with further transportation over short distances.
PAT Blade (BDX)
The blade is skewed and tilted from the operator's workplace. This blade is intended for planning works, mainly used in road construction. It is not suitable for stripping and moving soil over long distances.
